General
-Please remember that commission times may vary. Sometimes it may take a few days, weeks or even a few a month depending on the queue. Frankly being a full-time college student can have periods of dry artwork days. Polished work takes time, rushing of any manner wont be acceptable.

-I have implemented a time frame of exactly 3 Week wait period on the commission. If my work extends over that timeframe then I will have it so that you receive your money. This is to make sure everything is speedy, if you wish to wait, that is fine and appreciate the given grace.

-I will allow a maximum of 2 edits (meaning like large changing pose/ start over edits) and 8 more minor tweaks of the work. During the sketch it is highly important to let your edits known before I continue. Any beyond this cut off will result in $20 charge for major edits and $5 charge for minor edits.

- A full, clear reference is required. Digital is preferred. ( Exception: Custom or Updating a Reference.)

- Do NOT remove my Watermark. Be sure to give credit when posting my artwork.
​
- I hold the right to decline the commission; be it any reason I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter.
​
-I, the artist; retain the copyright to my artwork and have the right to upload it to my social platforms, galleires and portfolio, etc.
-You, the consumer; are not allowed to modify, reproduce or edit the work for profitable use of any form without my agreement. However, you are allowed to post the artwork for personal use with credit.

Payment
- Payments will be refunded at any time if I am incapable of finishing the work in a timely manner for whatever reason.

- My Prices are non-negotiable. Haggling of any manner will result in a decline
​
-Partial Payments are Allowed; 50% upfront and the later 50% before the final piece is submitted.

- All payments are Non-Refundable.( Unless as previously stated.)
